Everyone's got eyes for Belldandy and her sister Urd, "exchange students" who are secretly a pair of earthbound goddesses. It's membership drive time for the Nekomi School of Technology's Car and Cycle Club, and the women are drawing a crowd. Keiichi isn't jealous, though, until Toshi, a suave, rich freshman, puts the moves on Belldandy. What's worse, this guy is so ingratiating that Keiichi can't even be properly mad without looking like a heel! Toshi even offers Keiichi a spin in his Ferrari, but while Keiichi's out burning rubber, Toshi and his cronies are hatching a plan...a plan to discredit Keiichi and seduce away his true love!
